OutRight Action International, International Best Practice Guide to Equality on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (2018).

This guide outlines general developments within international and regional mechanisms on LGBT+ rights. However, the main focus of the guide is on national developments, such as decriminalisation or enacting hate crime laws. It provides a number of innovative case studies from LGBT+ activists and campaigners in generating change, but these are on national advocacy and in-country programmes rather than international or regional initiatives.
